Wait List

The Wait List is made up of a number of paid Crows Members who wish to gain, move or acquire additional reserved seats.

After 2024 Members renew, transfer, or cancel their reserved seats for 2025, we can assess the inventory of seats available from cancellations and offer these to Members on our Wait List.

The Wait List is made up of both Members requesting a change of seats, and Members waiting to gain Reserved Seat Memberships.

To ensure all requests are treated fairly we move through the Wait List in order of submission.

The Wait List process is actioned in November - December each year, once existing Members have had the chance to renew.

1. Sign in to your My Crows account and a pop up will appear – click “View Seat Map”

2. Select the memberships that you would like to upgrade or exchange and click “Next”. If you have different types of memberships (eg. Western Stand & General Admission) to exchange you must repeat this process separately for each type.

3. Filter the quantity of seats in the top left. Click on any of the ‘blue’ coloured bays to browse available seats. Hover over the seats to see location and price.

4. Click on the seat/s you wish to secure & use the drop-down box on the right to select the membership type (Adult/Concession/Junior), and level (i.e Gold) then click “Add to Cart”

5. Once you’ve added all the seats you require. Hover over the “Cart”, in the top right-hand corner, & click “Continue”

6. Check your seat details are correct, and when you’re happy with your selection, click “Checkout”. If you would like to change seats and select different ones, click the “edit” icon and it will release your seats and take you back to the map.

7. Select “Mail” as the delivery method, and ensure your address is correct.

8. Choose whether you would like to pay upfront or on a 10-month payment plan and ensure your Payment details are correct.

9. Agree to the T’s & C’s, confirm total price and click “Submit Order”. No Payment will be taken at this time.

You will receive an email from the Club the day before your access opens as well as the morning of with access to the Interactive Seat Map, which will show you all available seats at Adelaide Oval.

You can then select your seat(s) directly through the Interactive Seat Map or contact Member Services for assistance to secure your preferred seat(s) from the available options. Please note that if you have two seats in two separate accounts, you will need to call Member Services to make your changes.

We strongly advise all Members on the Wait List to ensure their email address is up to date and subscribed to ‘Membership Information’ communications.

No, you will keep your Reserved Seat unless you log into the Interactive Seat Map or call Member Services to change it.

You do not need to accept seats if they are not suitable for you and can choose to remain on the Wait List for future seasons.

You will need to purchase an eligible game-access membership to join the Wait List for the additional seat. You need to have one 2025 eligible membership per reserved seat you need.

Eligable memberships include:

  • 3 Game General Admission
  • 2 Game Reserved Seat
  • 5 Game Western Stand
  • Season Western Stand
  • Season General Admission
  • Reserved Seat
  • VICPAYG
  • Victorian Ultimate
  • Interstate

Each membership allows you one position on the Wait List and is like for like membership type.

No, once you have joined the Wait List you will continue to move up the queue until we are able to offer you reserved seating, provided you renew your membership each season.

Once you have been successful on the Wait List and accept reserve seating, your account will be removed from the Wait List.

If you wish to re-join the Wait List please call Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 to apply for a move and be added to the Wait List.

Once you join the Wait List it may take a few seasons before we are able to offer you seating (or a seat move).

This is affected by multiple factors such as how many seats become available once existing Members have renewed each year, how many seats you have requested and the area of seating you are requesting.

Reserved seats in the Western Stand are in high demand and currently sold out. Many Members pass these seats down through family and friends, so only a small number become available for Wait List Members each year. The estimated wait time for Western Stand reserved seats is 10–15 years. An alternative membership option to consider is a Season Unreserved Western Stand.

Most seats are owned by other Members, so a specific seat will only become available on the Interactive Seat Map if the Member who owns it chooses not to renew for 2025.

Certain seating areas around Adelaide Oval are designated as daily seats and cannot be sold as Reserved Seat Memberships, as they must remain available for sale through Ticketek.

In this case, it’s highly likely that the seat near you is still owned by another Member.
