The Wait List is made up of a number of paid Crows Members who wish to gain, move or acquire additional reserved seats.
Members will be notified of their exclusive wait list opening period via email and SMS the day prior. We highly recommend you familiarise yourself with the below prior to your priority period opening.
HOW TO USE THE INTERACTIVE SEAT MAP
1. Sign in to your My Crows account and a pop up will appear – click “View Seat Map”
2. Select the memberships that you would like to upgrade or exchange and click “Next”. If you have different types of memberships (eg. Western Stand & General Admission) to exchange you must repeat this process separately for each type.
3. Filter the quantity of seats in the top left. Click on any of the ‘blue’ coloured bays to browse available seats. Hover over the seats to see location and price.
4. Click on the seat/s you wish to secure & use the drop-down box on the right to select the membership type (Adult/Concession/Junior), and level (i.e Gold) then click “Add to Cart”
5. Once you’ve added all the seats you require. Hover over the “Cart”, in the top right-hand corner, & click “Continue”
6. Check your seat details are correct, and when you’re happy with your selection, click “Checkout”. If you would like to change seats and select different ones, click the “edit” icon and it will release your seats and take you back to the map.
7. Select “Mail” as the delivery method, and ensure your address is correct.
8. Choose whether you would like to pay upfront or on a 10-month payment plan and ensure your Payment details are correct.
9. Agree to the T’s & C’s, confirm total price and click “Submit Order”. No Payment will be taken at this time.
Accessing the Interactive Seat Map early during your access period will ensure that you have the best chance of securing your preferred seating options. This process is live and other members may also be selecting seats at the same time.
