Mobile Membership or Member Pack

You can nominate your choice when renewing your membership online, by phone, email, in-person or post. You are able to nominate your choice anytime up until the renewal cut-off date of 15 November 2024.

If you renew your membership after this date, you must nominate your choice within 1 business day of renewing, otherwise your selection will be automatically allocated.

If you don't make your choice by the applicable cut-off date your membership will be defaulted to the mobile membership with a Crows Shop voucher.

Eligible Members who have renewed before 15 November 2024 will receive their voucher via email from December 2024.

Thereafter, vouchers will be sent within three weeks after you sign up or renew as a 2025 Member.

If you renew before the cut-off date of 15 November 2024, and choose a Standard Pack, you can expect to receive it by January 2025.

Memberships purchased from January 2025 usually arrive within 3 weeks from time of purchase.

• Reserved Seat, Season General Admission, Season Western Stand, AFLW Full Season, Interstate and Victorian Members can receive vouchers if they select Mobile Membership.
• 3-Game AFLW, 3-Game Western Stand, 5-Game Western Stand, 3-Game General Admission, Country Crow, Showdown Ultimate, Showdown and 2-Game Reserved Seat Members all receive a voucher automatically.
• Baby, Toddler and Supporter and Crow Saver are not eligible for a voucher.

All Junior Members are defaulted the Member pack, if they wish to receive a voucher instead, please contact Member Services directly on (08) 8440 6690.

Member Packs include a $20 Crows Shop voucher, which can be redeemed for a Member Scarf or Member Cap at the Crows Shop, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred extra item!

You can redeem online, instore and at 2025 matches. If purchasing online, please ensure you are logged into your Crows Shop account using the same email you use for your Crows Account to view the exclusive Member items and discounted prices.

Yes. You can use your voucher towards anything at the Crows Shop.

Yes. This will allow you to see the exclusive Member products in the shop online.

Once you are ready to make your purchase, you will be able to type your voucher code into the Gift/Member Voucher section in your cart.

To add multiple voucher codes to one transaction, add them individually pressing Apply each time.

Your 10% discount will not apply to the exclusive Member range including the 2025 scarf or cap but it will be applied across any other items online.
