Tickets for all games played at Adelaide Oval during the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season can be purchased through Ticketek, the official ticketing agent of Adelaide Oval. Tickets and upgrades for Rounds 2-14 will be available via Ticketek on 23 February, Members will have access to an exclusive pre-sale beginning 21 February. Members will receive communication prior to the exclusive pre-sale.
The Club may receive a limited allocation of tickets to some away games Interstate. The Club will communicate with members based in the relevant state should they have access to these tickets.
If you chose to receive a standard pack for 2024 and lose your membership card, Member Services can replace it for $15.00. Alternatively, you can access your mobile membership through the Adelaide Crows Official App at any time. Instructions can be found here.
If your card is yet to arrive in the mail prior to a home game you can use your mobile membership to access your ticket on the Adelaide Crows Official App. Instructions can be found here. For any enquiries on match-day you can visit our Member Services Ticket Offices, located on the Southern, Eastern and Northern Gates at Adelaide Oval.
Your barcode number is a 12-digit number that acts as unique identifier for each of your memberships. Your barcode number may be required when purchasing or redeeming tickets and guest passes to prove your status as a member.
Mobile ticketing is now standard across the AFL. This is the primary method of entry across all AFL venues in Australia. You can access your mobile membership via the Crows Official App.
Mobile tickets make your membership and barcode information easily accessible with safe and easy access into the venue at the touch of a button. You can share your memberships with friends and family without having to drop off a physical card, and you can do your bit for the environment by reducing our plastic production.
Your ticket for each match will be available to download 48-72 hours before the match.
If you do not have a smartphone, you can contact Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 who can send you a printable PDF copy of your membership for game-day. Alternatively, if you encounter trouble out of office hours, our Member Services team are available on match-days in the Southern, Eastern and Northern Gates at Adelaide Oval and can issue you with a paper ticket to solve any last-minute issues.
You can easily send tickets to your friends by using the ticket-forwarding function in the Crows App and send your ticket via text or email. Instructions are here.
Once your guest receives notification of the transferred ticket, they will need to follow prompts to login to their Adelaide Football Club account. If they do not already have an account, they will need to create one.
Please note that ticket transfers take at least 30 minutes to activate. Please transfer your tickets and encourage your friends to accept the ticket transfer before you leave home on match-days.
This is how Ticketmaster, the App provider, displays unique membership numbers. Please ignore these numbers, as they do not relate to any seats at Adelaide Oval.
General admission can either stand on the Hill or sit in unreserved areas on Level 5 (Sections 524-527, Row AA and back).
Essential Crow members can sit on any unreserved seating areas in the Western Grandstand.
Under the ‘Members’ tab in the Crows Official App, look for a SANFL branded ticket. For Essential Crow members, this will be yellow. For other game-access members, this will be white.
This is your barcode for all eligible SANFL games.
Members with a physical card can alternatively use their barcoded card to attend SANFL games.
