Reward and Recognition Terms & Conditions

Adelaide Football Club Limited (Club) Reward and Recognition Program Terms and Conditions:

Background
1. The Club's "Reward and Recognition Program" (Program) offers rewards, opportunities and benefits (Rewards) to members.

2. The Program commences on 4 February 2026.

Membership Years
3. Members become eligible to receive a Reward only when they have continuously held a Club membership for the number of years specified for that Reward (Milestone Year) and satisfy any additional eligibility criteria.

4. Membership Years are calculated based on the number of consecutive years that a member has held membership of the Club.

5. Unless otherwise stated for a Reward, Membership Years must be consecutive and are not an aggregate count.

6. Cessation, interruption or suspension of membership will restart the Membership Years count.

7. Membership must be validly renewed for the Milestone Year in which a member becomes eligible to receive a Reward, and by no later than 31 July at 11:59pm, to entitle the member to that Reward.

8. Membership Years are not transferrable between members. If a member transfers his or her membership to another individual, the new member will have their own Membership Year count commencing from the first year of their membership.

9. Members who have reached Milestone Years prior to the commencement of the Program are not eligible to receive backdated Rewards.

Other Terms and Conditions
10. There may be additional eligibility criteria for certain Rewards, in which case those criteria will be stipulated against those Rewards on the Club’s website.

11. The nature of the Rewards, the corresponding number of Membership Years for each Reward and any additional eligibility criteria is as described on the Club’s website from time to time.

12. Unless otherwise specified, Rewards are only available during the applicable Membership Year and must be claimed or taken in that Membership Year. If a Reward is not taken during the applicable Membership Year, it will be forfeited.

13. When a member becomes eligible for a Reward, they are eligible for one Reward only. For example, if a member holds two memberships in their own name at the time of becoming eligible for a Reward, the member will receive one Reward only.

14. If a member holds more than one membership and they have listed the names of secondary membership holders against their account, all members listed on the account will be eligible to receive a Reward, subject to the Club’s discretion.

15. Certain Rewards may be available for collection at specified matches or events only, as notified to the member. The member must attend the match or event in order to receive that Reward.

16. Receipt of certain Rewards (such as entry tickets for an event, or entry into a competition) may require acceptance of additional terms and conditions.

17. Rewards involving admittance to functions or events or the attendance of personalities are subject to scheduling and availability. Events may be cancelled or rescheduled and personalities may be unable attend. The Club will endeavour to provide sufficient advance notice of events and any changes. Rewards are personal to the receiving member and Reward events must be attended by that member.

18. By receiving a Reward (including notification of a member’s automatic entry into a competition), members acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

19. Members may refuse to accept these terms and conditions by informing the Club in writing, in which case members will be ineligible for Rewards.

20. Subject to any additional terms and conditions applicable to a Reward and the Australian Consumer Law, the Club accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the receipt or use of a Reward (including for injury, death, property loss or damage, including the loss of or failure to receive the Reward). Nothing in these terms and conditions operates to exclude, limit or otherwise modify the application of any statute where to do so would breach that statute or cause any part of these terms to be void.

21. Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other benefit. Unless otherwise stated, Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Rewards in the nature of a discount provide for a reduction from the full original price of goods or services and are valid only for the stated period.

22. Rewards are a gift offered by the Club and are not given in consideration of membership fees nor are they an entitlement of membership. Rewards and these terms and conditions may be varied or withdrawn by the Club in its discretion. Rewards may be subject to availability. If any Reward (or any part of it) is unavailable, the Club may in its discretion substitute the Reward (or that part of it) with another benefit of commensurate value.

23. The Club may use members’ personal information, or disclose it to its service providers, in order to provide the Rewards to members. Members should refer to the Club’s Privacy Policy (https://www.afc.com.au/privacy-policy) for further information about the handling of members’ personal information. By receiving a Reward, members consent to the Club’s use of personal information for these purposes. Members who wish to opt out of Rewards that involve the disclosure of their name publicly (e.g., on the Club’s digital honour board or website), are to notify the Club in writing.
