Getting to Crows footy on the road!

Victorian Members can scan into matches at the MCG and Marvel using their physical membership card or digital barcode via the Adelaide Crows Official App.

Interstate Members from WA, QLD, NT, NSW, ACT & TAS will receive an email with their unique barcode number to redeem a FREE ticket to the away game in their home state.

HOW DO I FIND MY MEMBER BARCODE TO REDEEM A TICKET?

Interstate Members will be sent their barcode/s via email and SMS prior to the Members Presale. Members can also contact Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 for assistance.

ARE MEMBERSHIPS AND TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?

Tickets must not be on-sold, any member caught re-selling their tickets will have their membership cancelled. If you are unable to attend, you are permitted to share your ticket to friends/family.

HOW WILL MY TICKETS BE DELIVERED?

All tickets purchased through Ticketek will be mobile or PDF, meaning you can easily access your tickets on your phone via your ticket account or ticket agent app, add them straight to your phone’s ticket wallet and share them with your friends and family using the ‘Ticket Forward’ function.

If you have used ‘Ticket Forward’ to send tickets to your friends, please ensure they have accepted and downloaded their tickets to avoid being denied entry at the venue.

DO CHILDREN NEED AN ENTRY TICKET TO ATTEND GAMES?

Entry is free for children aged 5 and under. You do not need a separate entry ticket unless the child will occupy a seat.
