How do I access my tickets purchased on Ticketek?

Purchased a ticket on Ticketek with ‘Mobile Ticket Delivery’

Mobile tickets are best accessed via the Ticketek Mobile App. If you are unable to download the mobile app you can also access your tickets via the links in the confirmation email or via your order history on the website.

Purchased a ticket on Ticketek with ‘Print at home PDF’

Purchases that select the ‘Print at home PDF’ option at checkout will be sent a confirmation email with PDF tickets attached to print at home and bring to the match.

How do I access my Showdown Membership Ticket?

Your ticket will be available in the Adelaide Crows Official App one week before the match. You’ll receive an email notification once it’s ready, and you’ll be able to view and scan it directly from the app for entry.

How are my Reserved Seats Allocated?

Purchased a Showdown Premium membership prior to 19 February 2026

Showdown Premium Members have been emailed instructions to redeem their Round 8 Showdown Seat via the Interactive Seat Map. Any members who do not action prior to Monday 9th March 11:59pm will be allocated a seat by our Membership Team for the match.

Purchased a Showdown Premium membership after 19 February 2026

Reserved seats will be automatically allocated by our Membership Team for the match.

Purchased a Showdown Standard membership prior to 19 February 2026

Showdown Standard Members have been emailed instructions to redeem their Round 8 Showdown Seat via the Interactive Seat Map. Any members who do not action prior to Monday 9th March 11:59pm will be allocated a seat by our Membership Team for the match.

Purchased a Showdown Standard membership after 19 February 2026

Reserved seats will be automatically allocated upon purchase.
