Entry Requirements |
Scan in with a Crows AFLW membership or a purchased ticket to the Round 3 AFLW match at Unley Oval (Adelaide v West Coast, Saturday 29 August, 2.05pm) before ¾ time to be in the draw to win. Entry of entrants into the draw will be done automatically. If an entrant does not wish to be entered into the draw, they must opt out by notifying AFC in writing by email to crows@afc.com.au on or before Friday, 28 August 2026. Employees of AFC and their immediate families, and any agencies associated with the AFC are ineligible to enter this campaign. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent or step-parent. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. |

The prizes will be drawn at 105 West Lakes Boulevard, West Lakes SA 5021 on 1 September 2026. |

Any person who does not fit the above Entry Requirements. |
Maximum Number of Entries |
Only one entry per entrant is allowed, with such entry being made automatically by AFC. |
Prizes |
Three (3) double passes to the Toyota AFL Finals Series Elimination Final at Adelaide Oval on Saturday 5 September. |
Method of Draw |
The campaign is a game of chance and the winners will be selected at random using electronic drawing software. |
Notification Method |
Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw using the email address registered against their membership or ticket purchase. |
Distribution of prizes |
Prizes will be emailed to the winners using the email address registered against their membership. There will be three (3) prize winners, receiving one prize each, which consists of two (2) tickets to the Toyota AFL Finals Series Elimination Final on Saturday 5 September 2026. |
Unclaimed Prizes |
If a winner of a prize:
the winner will be deemed ineligible and will forfeit the prize. If a prize is forfeited, AFC may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner based on the same methodology as for selection of the original prize winner. An alternate prize winner will be drawn at the same time and venue and using the same methodology as was used for the original prize winner, in case it is required. |
Prize Conditions |
1. Entry into the campaign constitutes acceptance by entrants of these Terms and Conditions. 2. By receiving a prize, winners acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. 3. All entry instructions and prize information published by AFC for the campaign forms part of these Terms and Conditions. 4. Prize winners are responsible for and must bear all costs associated with the acceptance and use of a prize (for example, any transport costs to and from Adelaide Oval to use tickets). 5. Acceptance and/or use of a prize may require acceptance of third-party terms and conditions (for example, venue terms and conditions prescribed by Adelaide Oval) (Additional Terms). Entrants acknowledge and agree that acceptance of any Additional Terms is a condition of acceptance or use of a prize, and that an entrant may be unable to receive the benefit of the prize if the entrant does not accept those Additional Terms. Additional Terms are not prescribed by or within the control of AFC. 6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 7. Prize winners consent to AFC using and/or publishing their name in any form of media (including on social media). It is a condition of acceptance of the prize that the prize winners consent to any use, publication or broadcast of their name and image. 8. AFC may vary these Terms and Conditions in its discretion, including where it is reasonably necessary to reflect changes in the law or due to reasons outside of AFC’s reasonable control. AFC will communicate any changes to these Terms and Conditions via AFC's website or via email, and the entrant agrees that notification by email or publication of updated Terms and Conditions on the AFC website will constitute sufficient notice of changes to these Terms and Conditions. 9. AFC's decision in relation to any aspect of the campaign (including the validity of entries) is final and will be binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into by AFC in relation to any decision by AFC or any other aspect of the campaign. 10. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement concerning the campaign between AFC and entrant and will be governed by the laws of South Australia. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, it will be severed and will not affect the remainder, which will continue in full force and effect. 11. AFC does not exclude, restrict or modify the application of any statute, the exercise of any rights conferred by it, or any liability for failure to comply with it (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law) where to do so would breach that statute or cause any part of these Terms and Conditions to be void. 12. Except to the extent that clause 11 applies, AFC excludes all liability arising in any way out of the campaign, including all: a. statutory liability; b. tortious liability (including liability for negligence); c. guarantees, warranties, terms and conditions implied or imposed by statute, the general law, custom, or other source external to these Terms and Conditions; and d. liability for all economic, consequential, indirect, special or incidental losses, expenses, damages and costs, including without limitation liability caused by or relating to: e. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; f. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; g. any prize delivery that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (including where any email from AFC is not received by the prize winner for any reason); h. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; i. failure to use a prize or any portion of it by its expiry date; j. a prize or use of a prize by a winner, or loss of a prize. The prize should be treated as cash, and AFC will not be responsible for (or replace) lost or stolen prizes; and/or k. any tax implications. 13. The exclusions and limitations of liability under these Terms and Conditions operate in favour of AFC, its related bodies corporate, and their officers, employees, contractors and agents, and AFC holds the benefit conferred by this clause on trust for those persons, jointly and severally. 14. Any personal information the entrant provides in connection with the campaign will be collected, stored and used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and AFC's Privacy Policy, published athttps://www.afc.com.au/privacy-policy. All entrants agree to the use and disclosure of their personal information as described the AFC's Privacy Policy. |
