Any purchases without an eligible membership will be reviewed and cancelled. Please note, one Gold membership is entitled to purchase one Grand Final ticket. Guest tickets will not be available to purchase.

Gold Upgrade T&C's

- Members must hold a current 2025 Adelaide Crows Season Reserved Seat, Western Stand Reserved Seat, Season Western Stand, Season General Admission, VIC Ultimate, VIC PAYG or Interstate.
- The Gold Upgrade product will have priority 1 access to purchase a Grand Final ticket only if Adelaide is competing.
- Gold Upgrade does not include the cost of a Grand Final ticket.
- Gold Upgrade purchases are non-refundable after purchase or if Adelaide does not qualify for the Grand Final.
- Finals series and Grand Final ticket information will be communicated via email and SMS, should Adelaide qualify.
- It is the responsibility of Gold Members to ensure that their contact information is correct and complete at all times.
- Gold Members must ensure they are opted in to receive 'Membership Information' via email and SMS to receive important updates regarding their membership and finals ticket access, should Adelaide qualify.
- Gold Members will be required to follow the appropriate procedures as communicated by Adelaide to secure their ticket. Members who do not follow the procedures will forfeit their right to purchase a Grand Final ticket.
- Any purchases without an eligible membership will be reviewed and cancelled.

When purchasing an Adelaide Football Club membership online, you are opting into a monthly or upfront renewal in 2026.
