Finals FAQs

The Week 1 Toyota AFL Finals fixture and ticket on-sale information will be confirmed on Wednesday night (27 August) following the conclusion of the final game of the home and away season - Gold Coast SUNS v Essendon. Ticket on-sales will commence from Friday, August 29. Stay tuned for more communications from the Club.

Access members will need their eligible barcode to purchase tickets via the venue ticket agent. There will be a member priority on sale for Weeks 1-3 of the Finals series. Stay tuned for more communications from the Club.

Non-access members will not be eligible to purchase tickets in the member priority on sale. Non-access members will need to wait until General Public on sale to purchase.

Please note, Gold members have priority one access to purchase tickets for the Grand Final. Other access members will receive a priority period to purchase tickets (unless sold out prior).

Gold members receive priority one access to purchase a Grand Final ticket, if the Crows are a participating club. Gold members will need to register for a ticket via Ticketek in the ballot once the priority period opens. Grand Final tickets range from premium seats, restricted view and standing room only - a Gold membership does not guarantee a certain level of ticket.

All access members (including Gold) will have priority access to buy tickets in Weeks 1-3 of the Finals series.

Accessible tickets will be released online for all Ticketek venues. You will be able to select tickets best suited to your needs via Ticketek’s ‘sell by seat’ functionality during the member pre-sale (subject to availability).

When booking accessible tickets, you will require your membership barcodes and companion card number (if relevant.) Membership barcodes should be entered online, and then select the Accessible button on the ticket selection page to search for relevant tickets.

For matches at Ticketmaster venues, accessible tickets can be purchased through their online webform or by calling 1300 446 925.

Reserved seat members will not have access to their regular season seat at Adelaide Oval. Members will need to use their barcode to purchase tickets from available options.

The Ultimate Football Membership team will be in contact with member barcodes to access the priority on sale period for finals matches played at Adelaide Oval.

UFM do not have entitlements to buy tickets to finals games interstate.

UFM do not have entitlements to buy a Grand Final ticket should the Adelaide Football Club participate.

The number of tickets will be confirmed and shared in an email to members before each member priority pre-sale. Please note that this number may vary from game to game.
