Mobile Ticketing Tips

Ahead of each home match, follow these tips to ensure easy entry!

  • Please update your phone to the latest available version to ensure the best performance (e.g iOS 17 for Apple iPhones)
  • Log out and log back in again to refresh your tickets
  • If this doesn't work, delete the app and re-download. This action will allow the app to update.
  • Login with your existing membership details, do not create a new account.
  • Make sure you're logging in using the same email address that you receive your membership emails.
  • If your normal password does not work, you may need to reset your password. Press forgot password and follow the prompts.
  • Clear app cache
    • Apple iOS - Settings > General > iPhone Storage and select the Adelaide App. From there Choose to 'Offload App' which clears app cache.
    • Android - Settings > Apps > select the Adelaide App > Storage > Clear cache
  • If you have upgraded to a Reserved Seat via Ticketek, your ticket in the Adelaide Crows Official App will not work for entry. You will need to use your Ticketek issued ticket.
  • If you haven't logged in before, you may need to reset your password. Press forgot password and follow the prompts.
