Ahead of each home match, follow these tips to ensure easy entry!
- Log out and log back in again to refresh your tickets.
- If this doesn't work, delete the app and re-download. This action will allow the app to update.
- Login with your existing membership details, do not create a new account.
- Make sure you're logging in using the same email address that you receive your membership emails.
- If your normal password does not work, you may need to reset your password. Press forgot password and follow the prompts.
- Clear app cache
- Apple iOS - Settings > General > iPhone Storage and select the Adelaide App. From there Choose to 'Offload App' which clears app cache.
- Android - Settings > Apps > select the Adelaide App > Storage > Clear cache
- If you have upgraded to a Reserved Seat via Ticketek, your ticket in the Adelaide Crows Official App will not work for entry. You will need to use your Ticketek issued ticket.
- If you haven't logged in before, you may need to reset your password. Press forgot password and follow the prompts.
