Ahead of each home match, follow these tips to ensure easy entry!
- Log out and log back in again to refresh your tickets.
- If this doesn't work, delete the app and re-download. This action will allow the app to update.
- Login with your existing membership details, do not create a new account.
- Make sure you're logging in using the same email address that you receive your membership emails.
- If your normal password does not work, you may need to reset your password. Press forgot password and follow the prompts.
- Save your mobile ticket to your Apple/Google Wallet on your smart phone in advance to avoid any troubles on game day.
- If you have upgraded to a Reserved Seat via Ticketek, your ticket in the Adelaide Crows Official App will not work for entry. You will need to use your Ticketek issued ticket
- If you haven't logged in before, you may need to reset your password. Press forgot password and follow the prompts.
- If you aren't able to access your mobile ticket on game day, please still come to the game! Our Member Services Officers will be located in the Southern grass area to assist.
