Competition Terms of Use

Entry Requirements To enter, entrants must register their date of birth by completing the online entry form, including their name, date of birth and contact details. By registering their date of birth, eligible entrants will go into the draw for the chance to win a prize in connection with their birthday month. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and any agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent or step-parent.

Competition Period The competition will run throughout October 2026, through to December 2027.

Ineligible Entrants Any person who does not fit the above criteria.

Maximum Number of Entries Only one entry per entrant is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these terms of use.

Prize One (1) winner will be selected for each birthday month, with a total of fourteen (14) winners across October 2026 through to December 2027. Prizes will vary each month and may include, but are not limited to: - Signed Adelaide Football Club guernseys, items from the Tex Walker merchandise range, Footballs, Signed footballs and Adelaide Football Club merchandise. The specific prize awarded each month will be determined by the Promoter.

Draw Place, Date & Time The competition is a game of chance and winners will be selected at random from eligible entrants. One (1) winner will be selected on the first day of each month from eligible entrants whose registered birthday occurred during the previous calendar month. Each draw will take place at the Adelaide Football Club.

Unclaimed Prize If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within two business days from initial contact, the winner may be deemed ineligible and forfeit the prize. The Promoter may conduct a redraw to determine a new winner. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion.

Prize Conditions All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner does not take a prize at the time set by AFC, the winner will forfeit that prize. AFC accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value. If a prize is unavailable, AFC may substitute it for one of equal or greater value.

Notification Method Each monthly winner will be contacted using the telephone number or email address provided on their entry form following the relevant monthly draw.
