ADELAIDE FOOTBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Adelaide Football Club Limited (ACN 008 101 568) (Club) Memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions. By applying for or accepting a Club Membership, you will be deemed to agree to these terms and conditions and these terms and conditions will be binding on you as a member of the Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution from time to time and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
1. Purchase of Membership
If you are successful in your Membership application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation electronically within five (5) business days. Members who join during the season will receive a physical or mobile membership card (accessible from the Adelaide Crows App) prior to the next home game.
The Club reserves its right not to accept any Membership application in its absolute discretion.
2. Term of Membership
Subject to the following terms and conditions, your Club Membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club Membership from receipt of your Membership payment to 20 October 2024.
3. Club Membership Categories and Entitlements
3.1.1 Reserved Seat Membership categories
Season Reserved Seat (Silver)
Entitles the holder to a reserved seat for all eleven (11) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. Silver Membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club. Season Reserved seat members will not have access to their season seat for any 2024 Gather Round Matches.
Essential Crow Reserved Seat
Entitles the holder to a reserved seat for all eleven (11) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. Access to the Adelaide Oval Western Stand is subject to Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority (AOSMA) Conditions of Entry. Essential Crows Reserved Seat may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club. Essential Crow Reserved seat members will not have access to their season seat for any 2024 Gather Round Matches.
2-Game Reserved Seat Flexi Membership
Entitles the holder to a reserved seat for any two (2) games of the member's choice in the Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, for home matches at Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. Access to a reserved seat for the game must be made in advance with a free ticket redemption via Ticketek for the game the member wishes to attend in category 4, 5 or 6. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
3.1.2 General Admission Membership categories
Additional fees and charges may apply to General Admission Memberships. Members’ access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to stadium capacity and the Club recommends that Members reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Access may be gained to designated, unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat through Ticketek for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ticket agencies may charge a booking fee and/or credit charge surcharge which is to be covered by the Member.
Essential Crow
Entitles the holder to general admission access in the Western Stand for up to eleven (11) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval.
This category is a general admission membership and is subject to stadium capacity and may not be guaranteed entry. Access to the Adelaide Oval Western Stand is subject to AOSMA Conditions of Entry.
Each Essential Crow membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Essential Crow membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Essential Crow membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.
Essential Crow membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Essential Crow 5 Game
Entitles the holder to general admission access in the Western Stand for up to five (5) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval.
This category is a general admission membership and is subject to stadium capacity and may not be guaranteed entry. Access to the Adelaide Oval Western Stand is subject to AOSMA Conditions of Entry.
Each Essential Crow membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Essential Crow membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Essential Crow membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.

Season General Admission
Entitles the holder to general admission access for up to eleven (11) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval. General Admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from Rows AA. Seating is subject to stadium capacity and cannot be booked (other than through paid upgrades as described below).
Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek. Any such upgrades are subject to availability, and additional fees and charges will apply.
Each Season General Admission membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Season General Admission membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Season General Admission membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.
Season General Admission membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
3-Game (Bronze) General Admission
Entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of the member's choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from Rows AA. Seating is subject to stadium capacity and cannot be booked.
Each Bronze Membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Bronze membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Bronze membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season, members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.
Bronze General Admission membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
2-Game General Admission
Entitles the holder to general admission access for up to two (2) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of the member's choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Seating is subject to stadium capacity and cannot be booked.
2-Game General Admission membership does not entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of the Club. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Showdown Membership
Entitles the holder to a premium reserved seat for the Adelaide Football Club home match versus Port Adelaide Football Club (date and time to be confirmed), plus general admission access for up to two (2) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of the member's choice. General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Seating is subject to stadium capacity and cannot be booked.
Each Showdown Membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Showdown membership will be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Showdown membership will then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season, members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.
Showdown membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Auskick
The Auskick Junior Membership is a 4 game General Admission access membership provided to each 2024 Community/Club NAB AFL Auskick participant who opts in to receiving an AFL Club membership at the time of registration, by nominating their AFL Club of support as the Adelaide Football Club.
If a recipient of the Auskick Junior Membership elects to change the Club originally selected, the original Club membership will be cancelled. A new Club membership will only be provided at the discretion of the AFL.
An Auskick Junior Membership card will be included in the Auskick Benefits pack and mailed to the participant by the AFL after payment has been received.
Auskick Junior Membership is not transferable, cannot be resold and is non-refundable.
Auskick Junior Membership is subject to all other terms and conditions of the Adelaide Football Club’s membership. The Club and/or AFL reserves the right to cancel any Auskick Junior Membership without a refund where a member is deemed by the Club and/or AFL to have breached these terms and conditions.
Auskick Junior Membership does not entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of the Club.
3.1.3 Interstate Membership categories
Additional fees and charges may apply to interstate Memberships. Members’ access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to stadium capacity and the Club recommends that Members reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Access may be gained to designated, unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability. Ticket agencies may charge a booking fee which is to be covered by the Member.
Victorian General Admission
Entitles the holder to attend Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away matches at the MCG and Marvel Stadium. The Victorian General Admission membership base price is payable upfront at time of purchase or renewal. An eligible credit card must also be supplied at time of purchase which will be used to process payments on a pay-as-you-go basis, following attendance at any Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match at the MCG and Marvel Stadium.
The member is subject to a pay-as-you-go fee, charged per person attending each Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match at the MCG and Marvel Stadium. Fees are charged at the discretion of the Club as published prior to the applicable game and will be charged to the members’ nominated credit card within 7 business days following each eligible Crows Victorian match attended.
Fees are subject to change for the 2024 Season subject to fixture and may be amended before the season commences.
Victorian General Admission members are subject to the payment terms outlined under point 7. Payments in these terms.
Victorian General Admission also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of the member's choice. Victorian General admission members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Seating is subject to stadium capacity and cannot be booked (other than through paid upgrades as described below).
Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek. Any such upgrades are subject to availability, and additional fees and charges will apply.
Each Victorian General Admission entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Victorian General Admission membership may be exchanged for the season reserved seat prior to the season. Payments made on the Victorian General Admission membership may then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.
Victorian General Admission membership is only available to members who reside in Victoria. The Adelaide Football Club reserves the right to review and revoke eligibility for Victorian membership at any time.
Victorian General Admission membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Victorian Home and Away
Entitles the holder to attend Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away matches, at the MCG and Marvel Stadium and additional games at the MCG (not involving the Crows) of up to eleven (11) games in total. Victorian Home and Away members will have access to the AFL Reserve for those games. Victorian Home and Away membership does not provide access for Anzac Day or the Toyota AFL Final Series.
Victorian Home and Away membership also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of the member's choice. Victorian Home and Away members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Seating is subject to stadium capacity and cannot be booked (other than through paid upgrades as described below).
Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through the relevant official ticket agent of the venue. Any such upgrades are subject to availability, and additional fees and charges will apply.
Each Victorian Home and Away membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Victorian Home and Away membership may be exchanged for the season reserved seat prior to the season. Payments made on the Victorian Home and Away membership may then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.
Victorian Home and Away membership is only available to members who reside in Victoria. The Adelaide Football Club reserves the right to review and revoke eligibility for Victorian membership at any time.
Victorian Home and Away membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Interstate
Entitles the holder to access a free ticket to one (1) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season away match in their home state (if scheduled). Members are required to book their free ticket online via the relevant ticket agent of the stadium where the match is being played, see here for more information. Interstate membership is only available to members who reside in ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, TAS & WA and is not available to residents living in Victoria. The Adelaide Football Club reserves the right to review and revoke eligibility for Interstate membership at any time.
Interstate membership also entitles the holder to general admission access for up to three (3) Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home matches at Adelaide Oval of the member's choice. Interstate members have access to limited general admission seating available in sections 524-527 from rows AA. Seating is subject to stadium capacity and cannot be booked (other than through paid upgrades as described below).
Reserved seat upgrades can be booked in advance through Ticketek. Any such upgrades are subject to availability and additional fees and charges will apply.
Each Interstate Membership entitles the holder the option to join the wait list for a 2024 season reserved seat at the Adelaide Oval, subject to availability. If a season reserved seat is offered and accepted by the member for 2024, the Interstate membership may be exchanged for the season reserved seat. Payments made on the Interstate membership may then be deducted from the balance of the season reserved seat. To remain on the wait list each season, members must maintain an eligible wait list membership.
Interstate membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
3.1.4 Non Access Membership categories
Supporter
Entitles the holder to priority access to purchase tickets through Ticketek for Crows home matches in the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season at Adelaide Oval. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Gold Upgrade
Gold upgrades entitle the holder to priority access to purchase a 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket, subject to the Crows participation.
Reserved Seat, Essential Crow Reserved Seat, Essential Crow, Season General Admission, Victorian General Admission, Victorian Home and Away and Interstate are the only categories of membership eligible for Gold upgrades, subject to availability.
Gold members must register for the 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets during the Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket registration period, through Ticketek, to redeem their Grand Final tickets, subject to Crows participation.
Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Global Crow
Prospective Global Crow members must have an international postal address to be eligible. Global Crow membership is not available to supporters who reside in Australia or New Zealand. AFL streaming access passes will not be sent to members who have an Australian or New Zealand address on their account. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Daily Crow
Entitles the member to 30% off the RRP of ticket sales for Crows home matches via Ticketek. Membership does not provide access to any match in the Crows 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
We Fly As One Membership
We Fly As One membership entitles the holder to priority access to purchase tickets through Ticketek for Crows home matches in the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season at Adelaide Oval. We Fly As One membership is not available to existing members.
Baby
Baby membership does not entitle the holder access to Crows matches in the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. This is a commemorative membership, and the holder receives a standard member pack. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
Toddler
Toddler membership does not entitle the holder access to Crows matches in the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. This is a commemorative membership, and the holder receives a standard member pack. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
3.1.5 AFL Women’s Membership categories
AFLW Season Access
Entitles the holder to game access for all ten (10) Crows 2024 NAB AFLW Season home and away matches. Members can access General Admission standing or unreserved seating in the Grandstand (where permitted). Seating is subject to venue capacity and cannot be booked.
AFLW Season Access Membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Other entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
AFLW 3-Game Access
Entitles the holder to game access for three (3) Crows 2024 NAB AFLW Season home matches. Members can access General Admission standing or unreserved seating in the Grandstand (where permitted). Seating is subject to venue capacity and cannot be booked.
AFLW 3-Game Access Membership may entitle the holder to be admitted as an Electing Member of Club in accordance with the Club's Constitution and clause 16 of these Terms and Conditions. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
AFLW Supporter
Entitles the holder to priority access to purchase 2024 Crows NAB AFLW Season tickets through Ticketek. Membership may include access to one (1) home game at the discretion of the Club. If access is made available, AFLW Supporter Members will receive communications advising the match and other relevant details 7 days prior to the determined game. Entitlements can be viewed here and may vary from season to season, at the discretion of the Club.
3.1.5.1 NAB AFLW Finals Series entitlements
Each Member’s access to the NAB AFLW Finals Series matches will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of your particular membership for further detail. The Club will communicate information relating to Members’ access to NAB AFLW Finals Series matches prior to the NAB AFLW Finals Series should the Club be participating.
3.1.6 Members Choice Fulfilment 2024
3.1.6.1 Eligible members have the opportunity to select either a digital membership and CROWmania voucher* or standard pack for the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and 2024 NAB AFLW Season.
Eligible memberships are: Adult or Concession level of the following - Silver Reserved Seat, Legends Members, Gold Members, Essential Crow Reserved Seat, Essential Crow, Essential Crow 5 Game, Season General Admission, Bronze General Admission, Interstate, Victorian General Admission, Victorian Home and Away and Women’s Season Access Memberships.
*CROWmania voucher amounts are determined per membership level as set by the discretion of the Club.
Non-eligible memberships which instead receive a standard pack are: Junior Memberships, Supporter, Baby, Toddler, Women’s Supporter and AFL Club Support. A standard member pack will be provided for these membership types unless a mutual agreement is reached between the member and a representative of the Adelaide Football Club’s Member Services team prior to packs being issued to the member.
Non-eligible memberships which instead receive a CROWmania voucher are: Country Crow and AFLW 3 game memberships. A CROWmania voucher will be provided for these membership types unless a mutual agreement is reached between the member and a representative of the Adelaide Football Club’s Member Services team prior to vouchers being issued to the member.
*CROWmania voucher amounts are determined per membership level as set by the discretion of the Club.
The following membership types are not eligible for any items as per the membership entitlements: Daily Crow, 2-Game General Admission, 2-Game Reserved Seat Flexi, Showdown, Global Crow and Kayo Sports Digital Membership.
3.1.6.2 Renewing members (both on Payment Plan rollovers and manual renewals) will be informed of Member Choice options via email.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they have communicated their Member’s Choice preference. The Member's Choice selection must be submitted prior to Member pack dispatch prior to 17 November 2023 (or such other date as notified to the member).
3.1.6.3 Members renewing or purchasing after the relevant deadline must make their Member’s Choice selection within one (1) business day of making payment. Eligible members who do not make a selection will be automatically assigned a digital membership.
3.1.6.4 The Member's Choice selections can be made online at www.crowsmembership.com.au after payment, or over the phone or email directly with Adelaide Football Club Member Services.
3.1.6.5 It is the member's responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details provided are correct, including providing prompt notice of change of address, change of name, change of contact email and/or change of phone number; (b) where required, the personalisation details provided are correct. Personalisation fields on products will be entered/printed in the same way they are provided, and the Club will not check or be liable for the information provided to the Club.
3.1.6.6 Where an account holds multiple memberships and has multiple Member's Choice items selected, these items will be reviewed by the Club for eligibility. Multiple Member's Choice items may be sent to the primary account holder, separately to individual member packs.
3.2 Membership Classifications and Concessions
3.2.1 Family
Family Memberships are available for two (2) adults and two (2) juniors, or two (2) adults and one (1) junior (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2024) in Category 5, 6 or 7 seating, and Season General Admission Membership. Bronze memberships are eligible for a family membership for two (2) adults and two (2) juniors only. They are unable to hold a family membership for two (2) adults and one (1) junior.
3.2.2 Junior
To be eligible for a Junior Membership, the applicant must be 6 years of age or more and under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2024. Persons aged under 6 at 1 January 2024 are entitled to attend matches without a Club Membership, however they must not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult.
3.2.3 Student
Student concession is available to members studying full-time in 2024. The member must be able to present a full-time student concession card at the gate on game day (if requested). Failure to present the card (if requested) will result in the member paying a daily upgrade fee to an Adult ticket through Ticketek at the gate, subject to availability. Members must provide a copy of valid concession card when they renew or purchase membership, and must carry a valid concession card to all eligible 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches.
3.2.4 Pensioner
Pensioner concession is available to members holding a 2024 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Heath Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted. Your Membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a photocopy of your pension card. Pension cards must be valid for the duration of the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. Members must provide a copy of valid concession card when they renew or purchase membership, and must carry a valid concession card to all eligible 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season matches.
3.3 Toyota AFL Finals Series Entitlements
Each Member’s access to the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series matches will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of your particular membership for further detail. The Club will communicate information relating to Members’ access to Toyota AFL Finals Series matches in late August 2024 should the Club be participating in the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
4. Transfer of Membership
Club members may transfer/loan/pass their membership to a family member or friend provided that the family member or friend is at the equivalent level of entry (eg, the same age category). Concession and Junior Members who transfer/loan/pass their membership card to an adult, or Junior Members to a Concession, will be required to pay the daily upgrade fee through Ticketek at the gate on game day.
Daily upgrades are not available for tickets purchased for the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
5. No On-Selling
Club Membership cards and Club Reserve tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be on-sold (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is on-sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including cancellation of any offending member’s Club Membership without a refund).
Members may, however, make their reserved seat membership available for resale on a game-by-game basis via the Club’s Official Seat Return Program – refer to separate Seat Return Terms & Conditions.
6. AFL Member Upgrades
6.1 AFL Members may nominate a club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to that club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to membership pack fulfilment and finals access. AFL Members who have nominated the Adelaide Football Club as their club of support may purchase a club reserved seat membership upgrade; or alternatively may purchase a daily ticket upgrade via Ticketek. AFL Members do not have access to the Western Stand at the Adelaide Oval.
6.2 MCC members may purchase a club upgrade via the Club or Melbourne Cricket Club.
7. Payment
Payment of Club Membership fees may be made in the following ways:
7.1 Full Payment
Membership fees can be paid in full via any one of the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, BPay, Cheque, Cash or EFTPOS.
7.2 Easy Pay Payment Plan
Members can elect for payments to be deducted either in full, across 10 monthly payments or across 6 monthly payments.
7.2.1 Easy Pay payments will be deducted in 10 equal instalments on the 25th of each month (or the next business day, should the 25th fall on a weekend or public holiday), beginning on 25 October 2023 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only.
7.2.2 By signing up with the Easy Pay payment plan, the member authorises the Club to arrange a debit of funds from the member's nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as advised.
7.2.3 The Easy Pay payment plan facilitates an automatic rollover of the member's membership from year to year. Easy Pay payment plans automatically roll over the member's membership and payment each year for the following season. Payments are applied in the same method as when the member signed up, except when using the 6 monthly plan, which will rollover into the 10 monthly payment plan the following year.
7.2.4 Members can only opt out of the Easy Pay payment plan at the conclusion of their last instalment and prior to the first instalment for the following season by notifying the Club by phone, in writing or via email to membership@afc.com.au. To opt out of the automatic renewal for their 2024 Membership Easy Pay Payment Plan, members must opt-out before the 18 October 2023. If opting out for the following season, all outstanding payments must be complete at time of opting out.
7.2.5 Members will be given at least 30 days' notice in writing of any changes in the new amount of their next season's membership and to the terms of the Easy Pay payment plan agreement.
7.2.6 The first instalment will be withdrawn on 25 October 2023, with further payments on the 25th of each following month (or the next business day, should the 25th fall on a weekend or public holiday). If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 25th, further attempts will be made to attempt to clear the fund transfer. Members will not be provided with reminders or invoices for their payment plan instalments.
7.2.7 Members applying for the Easy Pay payment plan after the first scheduled payment will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and then subsequent payments at each specified date.
7.2.8 If a member's debit is returned or dishonoured by the member's financial institution, the Club will contact the member via email or SMS requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to the member by their financial institution will be payable by the member. If payment is then not made within the next month, the member may also be contacted via letter.
7.2.9 The Club deny a member access to matches usually accessible with their membership while the member’s debit is returned or dishonoured by the member's financial institution and remains outstanding. The Club will notify the member via email or SMS of any such denied access.
7.2.10 The Club may suspend or cancel a membership if, on three consecutive occasions, the member's payment is dishonoured by the member's financial institution. We will notify the member if we suspend or cancel the Easy Pay payment plan arrangement.
7.2.11 It is the member's responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change; (b) the member has sufficient, clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.
7.2.12 If a member's Membership is suspended or cancelled, the member will not be able to gain access to any matches during the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season or the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
7.2.13 If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Club Member Services on (08) 8440 6690. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if the Club cannot substantiate the reason for drawing.
8. Reserved Seat Members Seat Return Policy
8.1 The seat return program described in this section is only available for Season Reserved Seat memberships in the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern grandstands at Adelaide Oval, paid in full by the member. Any member with failed payments or outstanding balances will not be eligible to use the seat return program. Corporate customers, AFL Members, Cheersquad Members with reserved seats and reserved seats on a family price code are not eligible to use the seat return program. The seat return program is not eligible to be used by any General Admission or Essential Crows (Unreserved) members.
Once seats are returned for resale they cannot be returned back to the member for that particular game. Once seats are returned, the membership barcode will be retired for the relevant game and the membership card cannot be used for either entry into the venue, upgrades or access to seating.
9. GST and Levies
Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable venue levy.
10. Refund Policy
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law:
10.1 Club Membership payments are non-refundable. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and the decision on whether the Club will provide a refund or partial refund to a member will be at the sole discretion of the Club’s Membership Manager. Should a refund be granted by the Club, an administration fee may be payable by the Member.
10.2 Any partial or full refund of Club Membership Fees will typically be processed promptly by the Club and may take up to 28 days for the refund to be received.
10.3 Members acknowledge that if the Club provides a partial or full refund of Club Membership fees, the membership is immediately terminated and all benefits provided under the membership will cease.
10.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any guarantee or implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these terms and conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void (Non-Excludable Guarantees). The Club excludes from these terms and conditions all guarantees, conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non-Excludable Guarantee, the Club (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of these terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, the Club's liability for a breach of a Non-Excludable Guarantee is limited, at the Club's option, to: (a) in the case of goods – the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired, and (b) in the case of services – the supplying of the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
11. Cancellation Policy
The Club reserves its right to cancel a member’s Club Membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these terms and conditions (including where that member attempts to transfer or sell their Club Membership and/or associated benefits).
12. Club Member Code of Conduct
While barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with Club staff, agents or AFL or other event staff) will not be tolerated. Club Members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated. Club Members who breach (as published on the Adelaide Oval website) may face penalties including cancellation of Membership without refund. The Club endorses the AFL’s stance on vilification and has zero tolerance for members or supporters who abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.
13. Variation to Club Membership Terms and Conditions
The Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary to protect its legitimate interests vary the terms and conditions of Club Membership. The Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Club website or email.
14. General Stadium Rules
Club Members must adhere to all rules and restrictions imposed by the venues attended by the Club Member. Smoking is not permitted at any venues. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues. Umbrellas are not permitted to be opened anywhere within viewing areas at any time on match day.
Security cameras operate around and within Adelaide Oval and patrons may be filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded.
Patrons and Club Members and fans at events, including games, may be filmed, recorded or photographed by official broadcasters and photographers and these images or recordings may be used without the consent of, or payment or provision of other compensation to, patrons for all manner of official broadcast or promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, marketing and publicity in electronic, web, print, broadcast forms.
15. Lost or Stolen Memberships Cards
Membership cards remain the property of the Club. If a Club Membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Club’s Member Services on (08) 8440 6690 and the Club will then issue a replacement Membership card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club). The card will be replaced at no cost upon provision if a police report or a duly completed statutory declaration detailing the theft.
16. Admission as an Electing Member of the Club
As set out in these Terms and Conditions, the holders of certain categories of Club Membership may be admitted as 'Electing Members' in accordance with the Club's constitution. The holders of such categories of Membership may be eligible to vote and/or participate in elections or ballots in relation to the election of the Club's Elected Directors (as defined in the Constitution of the Club), subject to the terms and conditions of the Club's Constitution.
In accordance with clause 7.1(c) of the Club's Constitution, the holder of a category of Membership prescribed in these Terms and Conditions as being eligible for admission as an Electing Member of the Club, will be admitted as an Electing Member of the Club where:

17. Members’ Privacy
All personal information will be used, and may be disclosed, by the Club (including for promotional and marketing purposes) in accordance with the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy available at www.afl.com.au/privacy. By providing your personal information you agree to such use and disclosure by the Club and confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy.
18. Telephone and Internet Renewals
Members may renew their Club Membership over the telephone, via mail or online. By renewing over the telephone, via mail or online, you accept these terms and conditions of Club Membership (as amended by from time to time by the Club).

Promotion
The Promotion will be conducted by the Adelaide Football Club Limited (ABN 48 008 101 568 25) of 105 West Lakes Boulevard, West Lakes, SA 5021 (“the AFC”). The AFC is a not-for-profit organisation.

Draw Details
The Promoter will hold a Draw of all Eligible Entrants to determine three (3) Prize Winners.
Three (3) prizes will be awarded in total. There is a limit of one (1) prize per Eligible Entrant.

The Draw will be conducted on 23/10/2023 at 3:00 PM (ACDT) at the Promoters offices at 105 West Lakes Blvd, West Lakes, SA, 5021.

In the case of a re-draw, the new winner is entitled to the Prize. There is only one winner for the Prize. Any re-draw will be conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
If the Winner cannot attend the event on the dates offered by the Promoter then, at the Promoter’s discretion, the Winner and any travel companions will forfeit all rights to attend the event and no cash or alternative tickets will be awarded in lieu.
The Winner acknowledges and agrees that their attendance (and the attendance of their guests) at the event is subject to the conditions of entry at venue(s).
Any costs incurred in collection of the Prize or in travelling to or from the event are the sole responsibility of the Winner and nominated guests.
The Prize will be supplied as described. If the Winner wishes to purchase additional food or beverages, then they must liaise directly with the Promoter in that regard and will be solely responsible for any associated costs.

Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. Failure of an entrant to provide all mandatory details may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in an invalid entry. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during, or after the closing date of the competition, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, if a Prize involves tickets to an event, the Promoter will not be responsible for any changes in times or dates, or cancellations or rescheduling of events that may prevent the prize winner from redeeming the prize or any part of it; and no cash or alternative tickets will be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Should the Prize include an event at which alcohol will be served, participants must be aged 18 years or over. All prize winners and their guests must carry valid photo identification with them at all times during the Event. If alcohol is made available as part of the prize at the Event, then this will be provided subject to the principles of responsible service of alcohol as exercised by the staff and management of the premises at which the Event takes place. The premises staff and management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any prize winner or their accompanying guest should they be deemed to be intoxicated.
All Prize(s) will be awarded as specified in the Prize Details. If a Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, at its discretion, may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value. The Prize(s) are subject to any prize restrictions specified in the Schedule subject to the Relevant State Authorities that have granted the licence. All Prizes or parts of the Prize(s) are subject to availability, non- transferable and non-exchangeable, must be used on any dates specified in these terms and conditions or as stipulated by the prize provider and are not redeemable for cash unless cash is specified. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. Prize winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including without limitation a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition any changes are subject to State Regulations.
Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If due to any reason whatsoever the Promoter becomes aware after an Eligible Entrant has won the prize that the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these terms, that Eligible Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced him/her as the winner and that Eligible Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, Eligible Entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

All entries and materials submitted to the Promoter in connection with this competition (in any form including without limitation in hard copy or electronic form) become and remain the property of the Promoter and each Eligible Entrant warrants it has the right to transfer these things to the Promoter. The Promoter may use such entries and materials and any intellectual property rights subsisting in them in any medium and in any manner it sees fit, including without limitation, by reproducing, modifying or adapting such entries and materials. The Promoter may collect Eligible Entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion.
