Gates will open 1.5 hours before the game start time.
How do I access the game with my membership?
All members can scan into matches at Unley and Norwood Oval using their digital member card. This can be accessed via the Adelaide Crows Official App.
What if my mobile won't scan in at the gate?
Please speak to Ticketmaster, located in the Box Office at the main entrance for assistance.
Where are the general admission areas at Norwood Oval?
All members can access Unreserved General Admission seating in the Southern Stand or all other areas of the Oval. The Western Stand is reserved for commercial partners only.
Where are the general admission areas at Unley Oval?
All members can access Unreserved General Admission seating in the McKay Grandstand* or all other areas of the Oval. The Jack Oatley Grandstand is reserved for commercial partners only.

I am a Member, how can I access the grandstand seating?
All members can access open choice seating in the McKay Grandstand however you are unable to book this, with a first in, best dressed approach. Seating is also limited and subject to capacity. The Jack Oatley Grandstand is reserved for commercial partners only.
Are memberships transferable?
Yes. We encourage members to pass on their tickets on to someone else if they are unable to attend.
What gate can I enter through at Norwood Oval?
Members can access the Oval via all gates.
What gate can I enter through at Unley Oval?
Members can access the Oval via all gates.
